An Easy Berry Smoothie Recipe

I have always loveeed smoothies for morning tea. I think it is a great way to get in a whole lot of nutrients in one delicious glass. A good berry smoothie is probably my ultimate fave and today I made one using Covet’s Almond Milk 🙂 Covet have a whole range of nut milks, which are all 100% natural with no refined sugars!

Two Frozen Bananas
Half a Kiwi Fruit
One Cup of Frozen Berries
1/4 scoop of protein powder
2 tsp of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
1 cup of Covet Almond Milk
1/2 cup of water

I think the next smoothie I want to make is a choc banana one with the chocolate macadamia milk. Yum!
